For our international client in the region of Fribourg, we are currently looking for a flexible and communicative

Training Manager (Talent Management) 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks :

  • Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent assessment process that is required to achieve business objectives and that results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.

  • Collect, analyse and maintain data collected to inform targeted leadership development (e.g. succession planning).

  • Participate in the organisation's strategic planning and provide leadership in the development of PM and QA policies.

  • Research and contribute to the development of PM training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to make improvements on priority organizational concerns.

  • Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in customer satisfaction. Develop effective relationships within the organization and hiring community to influence and impact the recruitment and hiring process.

  • Develop, initiate and maintain effective retention, promotion and succession planning programs.

  • Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company's strategic diversity and inclusion plan.

  • Conduct presentations and training.

  • Ensure that company-wide talent management and PM initiatives are focused and aligned with improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and programs.

  • Work closely with the HRIS Manager to collect and coordinate global talent pipeline data and translate this data into insights through data analysis to develop deliberate action plans at appropriate levels.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Thorough understanding of recruitment methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Ability to design and implement performance management and development programs for a large employee population.

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of general HR experience in in-house training management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs, covering performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analysis and relationship management.

  • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.

  • Fluency in English and French is required for the position

  • German would be highly desirable

  • Experience in the HR environment

  • Analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative and an innovative attitude and approach to work.
