Main Responsibilities:

  • Time administrator for designated population
  • Set up of new hires and changes affecting time tracking
  • Training of new time users
  • Act as SPOC for time & attendance inquiries
  • Inform employees of data mismatches or wrong data entry
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting
  • Calculate any changes to time balances
  • Ensure internal and SOX compliance at all times
  • Time keeping for long term sickness
  • Ensure equality and consistency in administration of policies and practices
  • Responds to enquiries from business partners regarding time keeping
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting stand by duty premiums to payroll
  • Changing work schedules on demand
  • Entering absences as needed, in coordination with HR Services and Payroll
  • Overseeing termination process
  • Different control functions
  • Support time and absence related projects
  • Review processes and provide input for efficiency gains

Qualifikation

Who we are looking for

  • Commercial degree
  • German mother tongue
  • Good communication in French would be an asset
  • Knowledge of labor law provision
  • Work experience in an HR function, preferably Time Management
  • Team Player, self-motivated and intellectually curious
  • Well-organized and detail oriented

This role based in Solothurn, Switzerland will initially be limited to approx. 12 months, with an option for extension or permanent contract.
