Randstad has over 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment of our client, the company Philip Morris, based in Neuchâtel, we are seeking a:

 

Packaging Developer

Temporary 4 months assignment at 100%

 

Your tasks:

  • Lead projects in line with customer needs (marketing, legal and factories) to deliver faultless and on-time packaging solutions (eg, specifications, material test, production trials etc.)
  • Master stakeholder management with marketing, suppliers, procurement, factories and regions for packaging-related topics
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies in packaging materials and converting in order to support brand development
  • Qualify new materials through a rigid industrialization process
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement including data analysis

Qualifikation

 

  • Engineer or Bachelor Degree, with at least 5 years of work experience
  • Technical knowledge in packaging backed up by relevant degree or experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Used to working in a fast pace environment and running several projects in parallel
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Attention to detail, Action orientation, Customer focus, Problem solving, Learning on the fly
  • Flexible to travel several times a year and to handle peak activity periods
  • Start date: as soon as possible
