Stellenbeschreibung

  • Design and editing of Label Templates using WWI programming per specifications from the label coordinator
  • Represent Product Safety LSI in SAP GLM activities (Generating, checking, and releasing of labels)
  • Creating and editing of WWI building blocks, which can be added to templates by occasional layout designer
  • Maintaining all kind of data and systems for printing labels (incl. SAP GLM)
    Maintain required Generation Variants based on Label Template
  • Support all kinds of product label requirements in the global product safety business (incl. outside of the SAP GLM e.g. Supply Chain, warehouses, and toll manufacturer)
  • Ariel Data Manager & SAP Regulatory Updates – Integrate the ADM content data & SAP Updates into existing SAP Product Safety module in collaboration with Product Safety
  • SAP Expert Rules – Structure the format in the Specification Master for the Product Safety system to utilize so classifications can be calculated using existing data, also covering country-specific SDS generations

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifikation

  • Degree in Chemistry or related science degree or IT

  • 3 to 5 years Product Safety experience required, more preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP EH&S (SAP module), any label related experience (including Supply Chain/Operations functions) are a plus

  • SAP certified

  • Proficient in English
  • High degree of computer literacy – with all common office software (essential) WWI programming (specific technique to generate documents in SAP EH&S)

  • Attention to detail – the outputs of the role is key to documents in terms of regulatory compliance and to assist customers in handling hazardous chemicals safely. Therefore, it is important all the information is relevant and accurate.

  • Communication skills – the job holder will be expected to interact with a wide range of business functions to capture key information and determine business needs.

  • Data handling and writing of technical/regulatory justifications
