Johnson & Johnson AG is a world leading manufacturer and distributor in medical devices and services. Based on our site in Villmergen, Aargau, we are looking for a highly committed Specialist Quality System to support the quality management on site in different quality system elements.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Distribution Quality & Compliance Team. Work location can be Zug or Villmergen and there is a possibility to work remotely.

Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible for operational quality management system tasks such as:

  • creation, review and approval of procedures and work instruction
  • maintaining training and document lists
  • executing risk assessments
  • management and tracking of CAPA, internal audit and project action plans
  • monitoring and analyses of data

- Support the Quality Management System and operational personnel of the Distribution Center

Qualifikation

Who we are looking for:

  • Work experience in Quality Management and preferably also in a GxP environment
  • Excellent teamwork and customer-oriented skills are required
  • Ability to work in different cultural environments
  • Analytical, independent thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to prioritize, to be flexible in changing priorities
  • Aim to work in a small and dedicated team for a large, world leading company
  • Very good verbal and written skills in German and English

This role will initially be limited until 31st December 2021, with an option for extension or permanent contract. Work location can be Zug or Villmergen and there is a possibility to work remotely.
