Cloud Migration Architect in Luganese

We are looking for an experienced and motivated CLOUD MIGRATION ARCHITECT to join their lively international team and work on projects for Europe's leading brands!

Responsibilities.

• Helps in Cloud Migration Solutions, design and delivery through following leads and Builds migration architecture solution for hybrid-cloud environment i.e. Microsoft Azure & Google Cloud Platform.
• Leads and builds migration solution for hybrid cloud platform (on-prem, off-prem, dedicated cloud). Leads the team to design Migration strategy, migration tools, migration network requirement, application, database, and integration component migration pathways.
• Leads the team to adopt right migrate tools for various migration method for (rehost, refactor, rearchitect, replat form, containerization etc.).
• Leads and SME in Migration methodology and lead the method adoption workshop, method tailoring as Client environment and Client industry.
• SME by providing significant contribution to Migration

What we are looking for

• Google or Azure trained / certified architect.
• Understanding of hybrid cloud solutions and experience of integrating public cloud into tradition hosting/delivery models
• Strong understanding of cloud migration techniques and workflows (on premise to Cloud Platforms)
• Configuration, migration and deployment experience in three or more of the following:
• Deployed applications with Web UI front ends
• Deployed application with RESTful/SOAP services interfaces
• Experience building private AMI's on VPC's
• LAMP Stack and Linux experience
• High Availability and Disaster recovery implementations
• Experience in architecting security architectures across infrastructure and applications
• Good understanding of application architectures
• Italian and English B1.

Desirable skills, knowledge & experience:

• Architectural certification (e.g TOGAF)
• Experience in large scale data centre migration represents a Plus.
