Are you customer-oriented? Are you able to work with demanding clients in the private banking sector? Our client, a major financial institution in Geneva, is currently looking for an E-Banking helpdesk support for a long-term assignment so, if you have what it takes to rise to this challenge, we want to hear from you.

You will be the first point of contact of the final clients to solve any request related to the e-banking platform and application functionality and connectivity.

Main responsibilities

  • E-banking access management : creation, modification, cancellation for clients
  • E-banking clients support
  • First level support and coordination of all clients’ queries through emails and phone calls.
  • Connection assistance / connectivity problems resolution.
  • Point of escalation for all cases at risk.

Languages

Fluent in English and in German; French knowledge will be a plus
