E-Banking - Technicien HelpDesk

 

Our client, a prestigious private bank based in Geneva, is looking for a Technicien HelpDesk, with strong E-Banking knowledge.

Main responsabilities - Supporting the clients of the E-banking platform - 1st level support and coordination of all clients’ queries - Queries related to clients’ banking operations - Participation in the defining of the E-banking strategy and ensuring it is aligned with the Business Plan of the Bank  

Experience required - Experience and proved success in running similar position (Helpdesk, Support Service) - Knowledge of bank back office/operations (cash transfer, securities, funds) - Project management knowledge - Bank, fiduciary or economic training Languages English - Fluent French - Fluent
