Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a long term temporary assignment in the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

E-Commerce Consumer Experience Specialist 100%

Long term - Temporary assignment

You will support the Global E-commerce function and focus on defining and optimizing the online shopping experience in focus markets. Using site data, the Online Shopping Specialist creates sound, data-driven online shopping strategies to improve conversion and AOV through a superb and optimized customer experience. With an eye toward growth, the Online Shopping Specialist leverages sales plans as well as revenue and margin information to build an optimal path to purchase.

Your tasks:

  • Drive End-to-End analysis on overall online shopping experience and create strategies to in improve online CES and CSAT KPIs

  • Analyze sales and site funnel data to determine and understand customer engagement by online sales channel, product category, and page level information, and also develop strategies to improve click to purchase and customer experience by collaborating within the e-commerce team

  • Collaborate with other departments to define appropriate E-Commerce section navigation, filtering, category management, and product assortment for optimal customer discoverability and purchase path flow

  • Partner with other departments to leverage testing opportunities for maximum engagement and conversion. Participate in user research/testing to align on goals and understand customer needs and views of the brand sites

  • Based on analysis and interaction with markets and other departments, you will be responsible to create, update and maintain documentation to ensure latest standards are always communicated and will participate in follow up with the markets


- University degree or equivalent

- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in E-Commerce with an understanding of online shopping experiences and competitive landscaping

- Deep knowledge of E-Commerce best practices including competitive strategies, marketing, usability testing and industry trends

- Expert in UX principles, site usability, visual design and merchandising aesthetics

- Experience with Ecommerce platforms and tools, preferably Demandware (Salesforce Commerce)

- Strong focus on metrics, KPIs, and testing

- Fluent in English
