Stellenbeschreibung

Our client is an international well named firm with offices worldwide. We have the pleasure of supporting their office in Switzerland  in their search for an Functional Lead in Digital Transformation (Commercial) in Zurich. 

You as a business systems and solution (BSS) partner will ensure business continuity, solutions & systems deployment and revenue support through technology initiatives across the function. Support delivery with faster, added value and measurable solutions and have end-to-end responsibility in solutions and systems deployment. 

Your responsibilities: - Deploy the functional technology Roadmap within the country, coordinating with the BSS departments (BSS departments and country functional team)

- End-to-end solution process to ensure the project management between all key stakeholders 

- Coordination of the work of functional key users, ensuring proper skills, motivation and execution of KU tasks

- Define and coordinate change management implementation related to new business solutions

- Support testing, simulation and training for the solutions

- Contribute to the BSS pulse survey, develop and execute functional plans for improvement of customer’s satisfaction

- Act as escalation point for relevant functional management

- Support functional results by identifying and adopting innovative solutions, good country practices and opportunities in own function

- Identify areas of improvement and preparing proposals

- Create an environment in the function that supports continuous improvement of standards processes & solutions and technology usage

Your role:

- University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management or equivalent

Minimum three years experience in the function

- Knowledge in core SAP and MS Office 365 systems and processes

- Fluent in English, C1 level of German is required. French is an advantage

- Strong customer experience
