GTS - Implementation manager - SPOC SCM

Currently we are looking for a implementation manager, which would be responsible to roll out a travel and expenses project through the whole Supply Chain Management for one of our client, a well known technology company.



  • Drive the deployment of GTS blue print in a fragmented environment.
  • Identify T&E driven gaps between the global template and challenge if the gaps are needed or just nice to have
  • Engage SCM community
  • Drive standardization, and mitigate the number of gaps and support country and third party providers signoff on the design document within global standards.
  • Document why and where there are differences within standard template
  • Proactively manage function driven action points deriving from the gap analysis.
  • Set up where needed sub projects
  • Drives and manage the changes affecting third party providers in close collaboration with the account managers.
  • SCM stakeholder management
  • Conduct regular risk assessment on SCM related topics
  • Develop mitigation plan in line with GTS common design.
  • SCM functional subject matter expert during the country calls
  • Support the UAT from a functional point of view, and ensure that there are no deviations from the design document, identify risks, propose better routine (no input from SCM necessary)
  • Functional input to global training material and end user trainings
  • Create country specific change management documentation
  • Drive the integration of third party providers in GTS help desk strategy.
  • Manage any contractual and/or cost impacts in collaboration with the account managers.
  • Consolidate , track and communicate SCM related savings

Specification for Supply Chain Management

  • Travel and expenses subject matter expert
  • Drive Travel Agency onboarding and make sure this is done through global standards
  • Manage interfaces to non standards providers within GTS common design
  • Manages relationships between clients client and client
  • Transfer of knowledge to the local super users
  • Lead the design of SCM go-live criteria
  • Support and coordinate on site hyper care period after Go-Live
  • Develop analytics to support strategic sourcing
  • Manage the transition from Travel manager to GTS country experts.

Needed skills

  • Travel and expenses subject matter expert
  • Manager with 5 years+ experience working in a global team – University degree
  • Experience on Traveldoo global rollout
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to deliver in a complex environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills
  • Customer Focus
  • Change Management skills
  • Solution oriented.
