Stellenbeschreibung

On behalf of our estimated Client, first-class company operating in services sector based in Lugano area, we are currently looking for a brilliant IT Help Desk Service with mandatory Swiss academic path.

Her/His main duties and responsabilities will be linked (but not limited) to:

  • Hardware setup and configuration (PC, Printers, Phones, Input and Output Peripheral Devices)
  • Managing Microsoft Windows 10, Apple Mac OS
  • Managing issues and improvements with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Skype for business/Teams
  • Smartphones managing (IOS/Android)
  • Networking (LAN, WAN, Intranet, Extranet)
  • Basic issues concerning Security & Privacy

Qualifikation

  • Swiss academic path
  • Experience in the same role at least 2-3 years
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written)
  • Flexibility and teamwork skills
  • Relevant experience in problem solving
  • Good interpersonal skills, operational autonomy and determination

In addition to the main points indicated above, the following knowledge will be considered as a plus:

  • Microsoft Active Directory / DHCP
  • Scripting PowerShell
  • Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Microsoft SCCM, PDQ
  • Sophos End Point Protection
