Stellenbeschreibung

Our client is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to perform 1st level support for their site in Zug. You will be looking after 800 employees, so you'll want your morning coffee, but don't worry, you have 9 other colleagues in your team.  The company are one of the most well known financial institutions in the world and offer fantastic progress and development throughout your career.

Years and years of experience are not so important in this role, however what is important is an attitude to succeed, to develop yourself, and kick start your career.  The role: 

  • First point of contact for IT related issues for employees of the firm
  • Identify problem trends and make suggestions for how to fix/avoid these
  • Assessment, investigation, and where possible resolution to employees technical issues
  • Liaise with more experience colleagues when the issue becomes unresolvable at 1st Level

You: 

Experience with the following tech and systems will be fitting for the role. 

  • Windows - 7/10
  • Active Directory
  • Citrix
  • General PC trouble shooting

In addition, we are looking for: 

  • Fluency in English 
  • A positive customer service attitude
  • A will to want to do more than just tickets, to investigate, to have a natural curiosity
  • Good social skills
