Our client, a multinational company, is looking for a support specialist with experience of working in a multi-national environment.
As part of the level 2 support group, you will manage incidents and service requests escalated by the level 1 support group and document helpdesk requests in the incident tracking system. You will use your expertise in Microsoft software, active directory, blackberry, mobile phone, servers, Office 365 to troubleshoot, analyze, track and resolve a wide variaty of technical problems. Where required, you will escalate issues to the 3 line support ensuring a smooth handover with accurate documentation.
Strong customer service and problem solving skills are needed as well as a solid technical understanding of Microsoft infrastructure technology.
This is a long term contract position nearby Yverdon-les-Bains. Excellent spoken and written French and English required. Other European language a plus.
