Manager Service Desk

Job description

For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a

Manager Service Desk to run, organize and manage the Service Desk team.

 

Your profile

This position requires at least five years’ work experience as a team leader, with strong leadership and people management skills.

It requires excellent communication skills across all levels of the business and external suppliers

You are expected to show good diagnostic capacities and a good capacity to deliver under pressure and in autonomy.

You hold a Swiss federal diploma in IT or equivalent and have a proven track of record working around ITIL foundation knowledge

 

Languages

This position requires to be fluent in English and French, German is a bonus
