Stellenbeschreibung

Working with IT Infrastructure Teams and part of a new operations model, our client is looking for a Technical Writer to support both Business and IT Teams.

Working remotely and across European and American time zones, your role will be to support IT Infrastructure Delivery organisation to deliver business value through well documented processes, procedures, and technical solutions by performing quality documentation creation and document maintenance activities in a dynamic global IT Operations environment 

You will:

Produce high-quality documentation for IT infrastructure processes, procedures, and technical solutions (documents, drawings, slides, etc.).

Prepare, create, format, review, revise, and maintain technical documents for technical audiences, and ensure correct storage in document management systems (including Knowledge base content for level 1 support).

Gather and analyse technical and service information from various sources, discussions with SMEs to document new or changing service and solution functionality.

Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work and maintain templates for written documentation, ensuring a consistent "look and feel."You will have proven experience producing technical content for public consumption working as a technical writer required in an IT infrastructure environment (not Software development).

Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill.

Pharma industry experience (GxP regulated) is an asset.

Fluency in English is essential, level C2 or native
