You possess more than 6 years of successful experience in Network technology (Ethernet, MPLS, Routing&Switching products) and a successful technical sales/sales support track record? Ideally you are Cisco certified and have worked in a B2B environment? Then let me present your potential next career step:

For my client, an internationally renowned and successful Manufacturer in the TelCo industry, I am currently exclusively seeking an experienced

 

(Senior) B2B Technical / Sales Support Expert (f/m - 100%)

 

to complete the internationally 15FTE team in Zürich.

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Gather comprehensible market data regarding your area of responsibility: Relevant B2B market players, providers, growth figures and network evolution
  • Analysis of key target accounts, partners and applications relevant to internal product portfolio
  • Establishment of durable internal/B2B client & partner relations
  • Collaborative definition & implementation of account plans to reach sales KPIs
  • Local account sales teams and business partner support, in order to convince clients about internal SDN-, IP- and MPLS-solutions
  • Feedback provision to key partners on customer & price requirements

Your profile:

  • IT-/Engineering-/Sales-/Marketing-/Economics Degree, or related
  • 6+ years experience in NW technologies (Ethernet, MPLS, R&S products)
  • Proven success in technical/pre-sales function are a must
  • Fluent oral and written English skills required, DE and FR beneficial
  • Integrators/vendor/client network & CCNP/CCIE certifications desirable
  • Skilled communicator, influencer, presenter and negotiator
  • High client (technical needs/financial constraints) focus & solution sales flair
  • Network (Router/R&S); WAN/LAN & IP/Ethernet based service know-how
  • Stress resistant, able to prioritise and multi-task
  • Eligible to live & work in Switzerland, willingness for occasional short-term travel
