Senior SCRUM Master / IT Project Manager (80%-100%)

We are looking for an Senior Scrum Master / IT Project Manager with banking experience.

For our international client in the financial services industry we are looking for a communicative, service and solution oriented personality as Senior Scrum Master - IT Project Manager for a contract role in Zurich. 

Tasks and Responsibilities 

• Manage midsized to large EPICs and Features (mainly agile setup project types)

• Ability to manage up to 3 agile teams

• Ensure Events and Ceremonies being held (close to SAFe framework)

• Manage the Plan against budget, resources and time

• Manage projects in agile ways (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, ideally Scrum Master certifications)

• Challenge workpackages (e.g. estimations, feasibility, etc.)

• Stakeholder Management is essential

• Ideally knows Markets environment (nice to have)

• Support RTE in improving the Agile Release Train

Your profile:

• Agile and classic Project Management Skills and in-depth Scrum Master experience (3+ years, multiple teams)

• Good to have a deeper Knowledge of Trading environment of a private bank

• Necessary trainings/certifications: SAFe Certifications, IPMA C/B, PMI, PMP

• Nice to have any Banking and Markets related certificates

• The personality type we are looking for: Empathic, interested, open-minded, outgoing, not shy, willing to challenge status quo and to push-back, if e.g. Features and Stories are not mature enough,

• Beneficial:In the Trading environment; additional knowledge of Markets related products required (e.g. Flows, Asset Classes, etc.), especially in Structuring of products (New Products Issuance)
