Software engineer in Zug

The successful candidate will work within our web platforms team on projects that comprise public and internally facing web sites, web applications (incl using document management]. 

In a constantly evolving technology environment, the candidate will be expected to

contribute to the roadmap, design, and implementation of the next generation in restructure solutions and strategies collaboration platforms as well as to provide high-quality support of the existing products and solutions.

The position encompasses the following tasks:

Working with key business and IT stakeholders to understand complex business use cases, gather and document requirements and developing solutions

• Develop solutions based on existing off-the-she I the products and/or custom-developed solution including custom integrations
• Collaborating with  stakeholders to share knowledge and experiences gained from business evolving use cases
• Taking ownership and provide high-quality technical support to resolve issues and requires 
• In-depth experience with:
• Java Seri pt, in particular, React and/or Vue with TypeScript
• Java development experience
• General web technologies (PHP, CSS, HTML]
• Database technologies
• Mobile App development (e.g. using Cordova or React Native} Software solution and architecture design
• Product Management experience with Microservices with MongoDB, GraphQL, docker / Kubernetes

We are  looking for candidates with:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in delivering software solutions within the collaboration space, consulting or supporting the related technologies as listed within this job prescription
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information technology
• fluent written and spoken English
• Advantage will be given if the candidate has experience with SharePoint, Magnolia CRM SugarCRM and/or Open text Content Server
