Assistant International Key Account Management

Job Description

The Assistant International Key Account Management serves our biggest clients and prospects by organising the end to end administration in a smooth and proactive way. He/she is the right hand of the IKAM Director and will be responsible to ensure RFPs are answered comprehensively, accurately and punctually. A customer oriented attitude and a mindset of continuous improvement are important assets in this respect. He/she is at the end a key person to do whatever it takes to help Randstad gain new and keep existing customers.



What do you need to succeed in this job?

  • Bachelor degree Business, Finance or any related field or equivalent by experience
  • You express yourself fluently in German (in spoken and written)
  • + 3 year experience in the field is desirable and a proven track record of hands on execution
  • Proven leadership in administrative matters and process improvement, experienced in setting up standardised processes and structures to run a smooth execution
  • Accurate, rational way of working with strong eye for detail
  • Ability to cope with work pressure (last minute changes, critical events)
  • Autonomous way of working in a matrix environment & collaborative mindset
  • Proven track record in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients in front or back office
  • In depth understanding of market, market trends and clients - high commercial awareness
  • Must be internet savvy and fully conversant in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Winning and open personality with very good communication skills and the feeling for commercial activities
  • Openness to new ideas, ambitiousness, out-of-the-box thinking, independent approach, enthusiasm and flexibility as well as endurance complete your profile
