We are looking to hire an Associate Medical Advisor Gastroenterology 80% - 100% located in Zug. In this exciting role you will support the Medical Advisor with the planning, coordination, organization and execution of the Medical Affairs Plan, including the local parts of the overall study planning process.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the organization and conduct of educational workshops, seminars and programs for physicians, pharmacists and scientists
  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of the Medical Affairs Plan incl. medical budget in close collaboration with the Medical Advisor, MSL and the Medical Coordinator
  • Regular exchange with the Project Owner (Medical Advisor / MSL) on the current project status, timelines/deadlines and budget overview for medical education events
  • Contribution to the creation of promotional material and reviewing of promotional material
  • Respond to complex scientific customer requests, by co-creating responses with the medical information team and review by the Medical Advisor
  • Support the medical training of Sales colleagues and other employees


Who we are looking for:

  • Scientific degree: Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Natural Science University degree
  • Strength in research and interpretation of medical data
  • Strong business acumen with a sense of urgency
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • High learning agility and open mind-set for change
  • Winning mind-set and motivated to work in a high-performing team
  • Fluency in English and German required, French considered as an advantage
