Urgent Position 

Our client is a Multinational company and they are looking for a Contract Negotiator to join their team in Germany. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Perform a full spectrum of contracts administration tasks including drafting,
  • negotiation and administration of commercial contracts and preparation of tender submissions 
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with customers and/or partners to ensure company and legal compliance in the sales circle and services.
  • Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sales and leasing contracts that establish business relationships with customers and/or partners.
  • Draft training, proctoring, consulting with the commercial activities.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to the extent allowed, and manage tender processes as required
  • Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, government regulations, revenue recognition and other requirements
  • This position will support capital and clinical commercial activities in Germany

Experience:

  • Law degree or equivalent experience. Education in public procurement law and/or tender management is preferred
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years prior experience with commercial contracts. Experience in public procurement law and/or tender management is of advantage
  • Strong interest towards business and commercial, financial activities, readiness to work hand-in-hand with Sales in the frontline
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Native German and Perfect fluency in English  is mandatory.
