The Bern site, with its approx. 600 people of over 25 nationalities, acts as a center of expertise for development and manufacturing of innovative cell based viral- and bacterial vaccines and bacterial based therapeutic products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Quality Training activities
  • Ensure training is correctly recorded, documented and archived to ensure compliance (including paper-based archive of training forms)
  • Administer and support eLMS (electronic Learning Mgmt System) for training needs
  • Organize and schedule basic introductory staff GMP training at Janssen Vaccines Bern, Switzerland
  • Provide ad-hoc and regular reports of staff training history to Authorities and internal stakeholders
  • Record training forms into the eLMS system
  • Support the administration of the Training Mailbox and support site users with basic issues

Qualifikation

Who we are looking for:

  • Commercial education or University degree
  • Administrative work experience with complex systems
  • Very good communication in German and English
  • Experience in a Training environment is a major plus
  • Work independently
  • Flexibility, accuracy and reliability
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in different cultural & business environments
  • Ability to prioritize
