Stellenbeschreibung

One of our Global client, providing secured identification and authentication solutions is looking for a HSE Engineer.

Your responsibilities are:

  • Ensure compliance with all policies, including those concerning Health, Safety and the Environment, propose or implement improvements
  • Participate to the definition of HSE objectives and lead their deployment across Departments
  • Develop and deploy HSE Operational Standards and Guidelines, share our best practices with our sister companies
  • Develop and deploy adapted methods and tools to assess the safety risks (equipment, process, activities, contractors)
  • Design HSE training modules, train the trainer and monitor the execution across the Departments
  • Plan and execute the HSE operational audits and safety walk
  • Conduct and/or participate to projects based on need and business requirements on HSE aspects
  • Contribute to HSE reports in order to conduct Management Reviews

Qualification:

  • Chemist or Engineer in Chemical Engineering, with a Degree in Security Engineer 
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of industry experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of Swiss legal is an advantage a
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for OSH (MSST), ATEX, Machine safety EC 06/42 and OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Basic knowledge in technical equipment, knowledge of methods of analysis of hygiene measures
  • Skills in HAZOP analysis
  • Excellent English (written and oral)
