Stellenbeschreibung

Our client, an international company withing pharmaceutical industry is looking for a:

Packaging & Labelling Project Manager (temporary position - 6 to 8 months)

 

You will lead artwork development & implementation for Medical Devices and Combination products,

Coordinates, and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers & distributors,

Formulate the strategy and best approach for Life Cycle Management changes in artwork & packaging,

Subject Matter Expert when it comes to artwork and packaging for Medical Devices,

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support packaging and labeling activities for Medical Devices and Services, from development to implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and marketing requirements (quality and timely availability) including:
  • Coordinate Artworks development/validation (translation, design, review, approval) with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle any packaging and labeling related documentation (write, review, approve, archive)
  • Liaise with any packaging and labeling team member whenever it is needed to guarantee standards alignments
  • Provide appropriate visibility to adequate functions on packaging and labeling activities status
  • Liaise with supply to adjust the implementation strategy in order to minimize costs whenever possible
  • Participate in project meetings and improvement initiatives as Packaging & Labelling representative
  • Manage all supporting activities to ensure correct implementation as part of the change management process
  • Participate in ad hoc Packaging & Labelling projects and improvement initiatives
