Randstad Professionals is currently looking for a Marketing and communication manager  (medical device industry) who will be assigned an interesting challenge for a major client based close to Solothurn.

This contract is an unique opportunity to join a major global group focusing on the Healthcare / Medical device sector. The initial assignment will start immediately and will last until December 2019. Our client is a major name in the Medical Device arena.

 

Assignment details:

Start Date:   04/03/2019

Requisition End Date:   31/12/2019

 

Assignment overview

• By May 26th 2020, all medical device companies must demonstrate and maintain compliance in

accordance with the new EU Medical Device Regulations (EU MDR)

• The assignment is related to the deployment of the MDR Plan through consistent excellence in project management.

You will support the Global Strategic Marketing group in regards of the EU MDR compliance.

As Marketing Manager will work closely with the functional business leads to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the solution deployed in support of the business goals and objectives.

 

Assignment Description

• Performs the required activities and generates the appropriate product development documents to

ensure compliance with national and international regulations related to medical devices (EU MDR)

• Performs MDR specific projects and functions as assigned by the group manager

• Assures information exchange between internal partners, e.g Operations, PDEs, Regulatory Affairs,

Design Transfer, etc.

• Updating and reviewing the below listed items,

 o labeling material (LMD & IFU) using Agile

 o PLF process including F-S813 and Marketing Material using EOS

• Drive the changes and facilitate release of the updated documents in PLM

 

Professional Experience Requirement:

• 1-3 years professional experience in related technical or scientific discipline

• Proven exceptional written and oral presentation skills

• Experience in an Medical Device regulated environment

 

Education /Experience

• Minimum of a B.A. /B.S. in Business/Marketing or equivalent

• Certificates in Project Management (PMP prefered)  will enhance candidacy but are not a requirement

 

Miscellaneous:

• Strong knowledge and skills in MS Office

• Strong knowledge and skills in PLM system, Agile PLM and SAP is required and Windchill, Adaptive will enhance candidacy

• Must be highly organized, creative, articulate and analytical

• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills

• Ability to multi-task independently with minimal supervision in a matrix organization
