Stellenbeschreibung

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join a family owned swiss medical device company. 

The HQ is located in Geneva but they are looking for a new colleague who will cover the cantons of Zurich, Uri,Schwyz, Graubünden, Ticino, Schaffhausen, Thurgau, St. Gallen, Zug and Glarus. 

You will work in a team with 2 other medical representatives. 

Responsibilities 

  • You will develop the existing client portfolio by prospecting and qualifying new doctors, surgeons etc. 

  • You schedule meetings and presentations with the medical prospects in the hospitals and private clinics. 

  • You present the qualified company products in function of the prospect needs.

  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.

  • You negotiate the prices with procurement. 

  • You train the doctors/ surgeons of how using their products. 

  • You will join the doctors during their surgeries.

  • You maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.

  • You develop strong and ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.

  • Meet and/or exceed quotas.

 Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • You have minimum 2-3 years of sales experience. 

  • If you have experience in the medical sector it is a strong asset.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; you are able to communicate with different points of contact (doctors, surgeons, procurement,...). 

  • Highly self-motivated, interested in the medical sector and you are eager to learn.

  • Very good negotiation skills and you are able to convince.

  • Able to work in a competitive environment.

  • You are a native Swiss German speaker, you have a very good level of French (the training concerning the products is in French and at the HQ everybody is speaking French) and Italian is a big asset.
