Main Responsibilities

• Develops packaging for medical devices (sterile tube packaging)
• Coordinates and performs all activities associated with manufacturing and testing
• Participates in process improvement, quality improvement, cost improvement
• Builds technical competencies in packaging materials and processes used in all manufacturing processes
• Develops innovative packaging solutions for medical device products
• Applies statistical methods and process/design excellence tools
• Performs design/process failure mode effects and analysis
• Writes Protocols, engineering studies, procedures, project status & special reports

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent Technical Degree or extensive relevant experience required
• Knowledge of packaging material characteristics and validation practices is required
• Polymer knowledge is required
• Experience in plastic component design, development and qualification
• Technical writing skills
• Statistical Analysis knowledge is preferred (Six Sigma)
• Fluent in English
