Project Services Coordinator in Baar

Randstad Professionals is currently looking for a Project  Services Coordinator (Marketing / Production)  who will be assigned an interesting challenge for a top drug manufacturer in Baar (central Switzerland) .  The initial assignment will start in November 2020  and will last 6 months

Contract details:

Start Date:   November 2020

Requisition End Date:   April 2021

Project Services Coordinator 

Tasks:

• Planning the regional promotional review committee (PRC) process

• Content delivery plan to countries (integrating local PRC timelines) in alignment with customer engagement plans

• Planning the material pull through (webshop)

• Execution of material production (Vendor Management) for 21 countries

• Management of regional PRC for external content

• Developing clear timelines for regional development, local translation and PRC and production timelines

• Coordinates with countries to ensure handover for local adaptation, translation and PRC

• Manages production of materials in line with country needs

• Provides guidance on how affiliates get access to materials – easy access to materials e.g. webshop

• Tracking of approvals, production and feedback of content

• Tracking time to customer of content across countries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or any other relevant education

• 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience

• English fluent
