Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment of our client, the company Philip Morris International / Philip Morris SA, based in Neuchâtel, we are seeking an :


EU Capacity Planner
for a temporary long-term assignment at 100%
Start date: 1st of November 2017


Specifically you will:



  • Ensure sufficient production capacity utilization and optimal product sourcing in all EU factories to meet Market demand for both Finished Goods (FG) and Semi-Finished Components (SFC - Tobacco components, Filters, Flavors, DIM materials) for PMI Affiliates and Third-Party Manufacturers (TPM)

  • Monitor factory performance and volatile market requirements, initiating appropriate actions to ensure supply security, while minimizing total production costs, optimizing factory loading and machine - and manning-utilization, and optimizing customer/market satisfaction

  • Identify and drive the implementation of the best practices amongst EU factories in order to minimize total production costs and optimize loading and machine - and manning - utilization

  • Monitor and report on progress and ensure continuous sharing of best practices

Qualifikation


  • University degree (Business, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent combination of education

  • 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain (sales/business planning, logistics, production planning)

  • Proficiency with SAP (or other ERP) APO Planning tools and Business Warehouse

  • High proficiency in MS Office tools (advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in English and ideally knowledge of 2 other European languages

  • Customer service oriented and good team player, flexible and stress resistant

  • Very good communication and negotiation skills, tactful and diplomatic, but firm on vital issues

  • High sense of urgency and ability to react quickly and effectively after gathering and consolidating all relevant information from various SC stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical and learning capabilities

  • Strong emotional intelligence
