Randstad has over 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment of our client, the company Philip Morris SA, based in Neuchâtel, we are seeking a:

Procurement Executive

Long term temporary assignment at 100%

Specifically, you will:

  • Secure on time in full supply of direct materials with criticalities or below standard lead-time for commercialization projects within agreed SLA
  • Minimize obsolescence / costs of goods destroyed related to Commercialization projects
  • Provide direct materials cost estimates for existing and new packaging features to Product Commercialization
  • Define and implement sourcing strategies for limited edition packaging materials based on business requirements to secure direct materials availability at optimal total cost of ownership
  • Contribute to the assessment of supplier operational performance for European region manufacturing centers to improve delivery, quality, supply flexibility performance and drive PMI operational performance to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Support the monitoring of process performance & adherence with suppliers & internal stakeholders
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate and track the clarification of tooling charges deviations between suppliers and PMI Finance Service Center to ensure timely payment

Qualifikation

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Procurement or Supply Chain function with exposure to a multinational environment, preferably within a FMCG company
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in English both oral and written is a must
  • Start date: as soon as possible
