The Bern site, with its approx. 600 people of over 25 nationalities, acts as a center of expertise for development and manufacturing of innovative cell based viral- and bacterial vaccines and bacterial based therapeutic products.Main Responsibilities:Controls and monitors SAP MM & WM processes and bookingsObserves and complies with the required SOPs & WIs and initiates updates if required.Acts as Warehouse SME in the Focus Team Compliance to represent the warehouse related ETS Records and actions.Identifies and proactively drives continuous improvements in the context of warehouse processes, SAP workflows, etc.Cooperation in projects related to Material ManagementSupports the Warehouse leader with Warehouse KPI-Reporting activitiesMonitors environmental control system (DLS) and SAP-Workorders related to Warehouse equipment Independently interfacing with Purchasing, Planning, QC and QA.Compliance with GMP, EHS and SOX specifications and guidelines associated with the respective function.Adherence to safety, accident prevention and hygiene regulations.Additional responsibilities as instructed by the supervisor Qualifikation Who we are looking for:Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) or University degreeFurther education as warehouse specialist (Fachfrau/-mann) or technician (Logistik-Techniker/-in)Several years of professional experience in SCM/Warehouse, ideally GxPGood knowledge of SAP IM & WMGood knowledge of MS OfficeForklift certificate ASA/SUVA recognizedIndependent and responsible way of workingIdeally experience in GDP / GMP environmentGood Communication in English and GermanThis job based in Bern, Switzerland will initially be limited to approx. 12 months.
