What you will be doing:

As the Office Branch Manager, you are the CEO of your business. You will be responsible for building and executing a business plan designed to bring in new clients, build on existing relationships and grow the bottom line. On the financial side you will be responsible for your market sales plans, recruitment strategies, branch budget, P&L management and cost control. On the people side, you will be charged with recruiting, training, managing and developing top talent in your branch team and delivering top notch customer service to both your candidates and clients. As the Branch manager, YOU are the face of Randstad and are empowered to make business decisions that affect your career as well as your bottom line.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in related field or six years of full-time work experience
  • Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities
  • One year of leadership / management experience of a sales or service oriented staff
  • Ambitious, driven and determined to meet and exceed financial targets and activity KPIs
  • You are passionate, and enthusiastic and you love connecting with new people
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the staffing industry or proven passion for the recruitment and tech industry
  • Strong understanding of the drivers of culture, engagement and employer branding
  • Ability to translate business priorities into organizational development solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
  • Strong interpersonal / influencing skills with experience of coaching, facilitating & influencing teams
  • Thrives with pace, change, growth & ambiguity
  • Demonstrated high level Business tech systems and computer skills and eagerness to experiment with new digital tools
  • Actively contributing to a culture that is fun and energetic
  • Willing to travel / national mobility
