-A Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication or similar
-B2B commercial experience
-Extensive experience in content development, market communications, digital marketing. Experience in planning and execution of events/webinars.
-Established knowledge of media channels and contacts, as well as conference channels and vendor contacts
-Be familiar with Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools
-Experience in leading digital 3rd party and other events, as well as executing digital and traditional marketing programs
-Experience in pharma / biotech services industry a plus
-Knowledge and experience in Lonza marketing environment a plus
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and get things done
-Strong project management - well organized and enjoys project related work, forward planning and problem-solving
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellence in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
-Business fluent English skills
