Commercial Planner

Project Management:
Provide support to the Area Head by managing the various projects and activities from the planning to execution and reporting. For on-going activities, this includes participation to Commercial Planning meeting, action Plan meetings or providing inputs to monthly business highlights.
City Plan and KPI?s:
Follow up the execution of the city plan and reporting of the KPI?s: share, number of users and cost.
Referral programs:
Be responsible for the execution and reporting of programs aimed at generating results not performed by frontliners such as referral programs for adult consumers and retailers.
Omni-Channel Initiatives Deployment:
Coordination of Omni-Channel Initiatives Deployment across the Region working closely with key stakeholders in city structures plus central functions (Off-Line & Supply Chain, Omni-Channel & Digital, Consumer Targeting & Activation and Brand Marketing).
Efficiency gains:
Analyze processes and data available from the various channels to improve results and provide efficiency gains:
- Processes: challenge the status-quo by reviewing existing processes or propose new ones aiming at improving efficiency
Follow up city budget according to OB / RF3 and report updated Rolling Forescast on a monthly basis.


You have a Bachelor degree in Management / Marketing / Communication.
You are fluent in German and have a good level in English. French is a plus.
You have at least 5 years experiences in marketing, sales, hospitality management, event organization or project management.
You have a proven strong analytical mind, with proven communication & organizational skills.
You have a very good/advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint.
