Randstad has over 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a long term temporary assignment for our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for a:

Commercial Planning Executive

(1 Year Temporary assignment)

You will be responsible to ensure the efficiency of the Reduced Risk Product (RRP) deployment plans (timings and financials), in an impactful environment.

This represents a central role with high learning curve and exposure to various areas: Commercial Planning, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain.

Your tasks:

- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Duty Free Reduced Risk Product Commercial Plans with all relevant stakeholders, mainly through three streams: Portfolio launches, Retail execution, and Resource allocation (Budget and Sales experts)

- Manage and communicate effective retro-plans based on the agreed timings. Regular follow-up on the agreed milestones and approval steps (PMO, LPC, BMR), for each of the above streams

- Provide regular overviews of DF Commercial investments (RRP and CC) across the globe, as well as thorough ROI analysis

- Ensure a proper reflection of PMIDF HQ Commercial budget at each cycle, after coordination with the relevant stakeholders


- You have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in Commercial Planning and Project Management

- You have also extended experience in Budget analysis

- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel

- You are fluent in English

- You can demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills when it comes to collaboration and communication

- You are able to suggest proactive solutions to improve current processes
