LifeScan is a division of Cilag GmbH International; both companies belong to Johnson & Johnson family of companies. LifeScan is engaged in the manufacturing, global distribution and marketing of blood glucose monitoring systems for diabetic patients with markets spanning across Europe, Middle East and Africa, Canada, USA, Asia Pacific and Latin America to create a world without limits for people with diabetes.

For the Headquarters in Zug, Lifescan is looking for a strong candidate to join the Global Brand Management team as Database & CRM Marketing Analyst.

One of the main objectives of the Global Brand Management team is to create ongoing and meaningful conversations with our patients, providing them with support and motivation to manage their diabetes. As part of the global brand management team, the Database & CRM Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the global and local marketing teams in managing and analyzing the patient database (SFDC) and acting as a liaison between the global brand management team and ITa, leading projects to maintain and improve data and database health.

This role will also be supporting in deploying and analyzing email campaigns for local markets.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain data and database health:

  • Manage database cleansing, field additions, privacy related requests, maintain Business rules
  • Governance for new field additions, correct usage of fields, maintenance of fields
  • Help maintain quality of data (e.g. clean duplicates, invalid data entries, invalid characters in names/addresses, inconsistencies)
  • Reporting for data health (e.g exception logs, control totals)
  • Project manage IT support for break/fix/support tickets
  • Coordinate change requests and enhancements through IT
  • Work closely with Customer Care and IT for data and process overlaps
  • Coordinate with disparate data sources (e.g. websites, Loyalty programs, product data, etc) to ensure seamless integration within the database

Support Ad-hoc Marketing Campaigns and Reporting:

  • Support ad-hoc email requests from local regions (primarily EMEA) and Global Franchise Organization (Marketing):
    o Creation of the subscribers reports on SFDC and MC extensions/lists
    o Editing html emails in collaboration with local markets (check assets, update links, upload images)
    o Work closely with local marketing teams and Customer Care to successfully setup and deploy campaigns
    o Oversight and execution of ad-hoc campaigns
    o Email campaign, reporting cross campaign analytics, opt-status, bounce rates, etc.

Qualifikation


  • University/FH degree in business/IT marketing or other related experience

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience

  • Ability to work independently, proactive, well organized, self-starter, team player with strong attention to detail and with cross-functional influence

  • Data / Database experience is mandatory

  • Marketing skills and experience, preferably in digital and in global or regional marketing teams

  • Experience in working with an enterprise CRM system, email marketing systems

  • Experience working with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is an advantage

  • Knowledge of HTML is mandatory (amp script is an advantage)

  • Very strong English communication (written and spoken) is mandatory
