Stellenbeschreibung

The Professional will be in charge for establish and maintain high level knowledge of the company's mission, vision, and brand identity; maintain up-to-date product knowledge and their value to our customers; identify all relevant events in your area and participate as a brand representative; strategies, coordinate and implement test drive events, pop-ups, product awareness initiatives, loyalty events, community engagement events, and driving experiences to bring the Ares Modena brand to life for prospective owners and the automotive community; meet lead generation, test drive, reservations and sales targets; manage all post-event analysis, budget reconciliation, and reporting; manage a full sales cycle from initial interest through sales activation; maintain active engagement with prospects and customers through multiple channels; assist in hosting and supporting marketing events ; prioritise and schedule tasks effectively driving brand awareness in your territory and preparing for Studio openings; capture customer feedback to enhance both the product and processes; deliver a luxury customer experience reflective of the brand; plan and implement a stocking system including merchandising and POS promotion; handle ad-hoc requests as assigned by the Head of Retail and Commercial Director and central HQ leadership; recommend new and scalable strategies to improve both sales numbers and the customer experience utilising sales data.

Qualifikation

  • 5+ years of experience in managing and selling within a luxury customer environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise projects and activities under aggressive timelines

  • Goal-oriented approach with hands-on self-starter mentality

  • Strong affinity for luxury products and clients with an extensive network within VIP, influencer, multiplier and key target groups

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Native language speaker and fluent in English ? additional languages are a plus

  • 2+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, support, or another customer-facing role

  • Prior experience selling through multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and in-person

  • Strong storytelling, listening, and customer relationship skills (empathy, communication, integrity, and high-quality question-asking)

  • Self-starter and quick thinker who thrives in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations

  • A passion for and working knowledge of automobiles and the future of mobility

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM

  • Experience in luxury and high-tech industries

  • Commanding abilities with productivity tools: Excel, PowerPoint

  • A good knowledge of social media platforms and ability to create engaging posts and videos to promote the studio and brand.
