For our client Lonza AG in Basel we are looking for a travel Management Specialist 100% for a 6 month assignment

Experienced travel professional to act as temporary resource to manage post implementation hyper-care support for travelers and travel arrangers as part of the recent implementation of new travel agency and new expense management system. Role will help with on-going training, traveler support, system & traveler issue & question resolution.

Job description:

  • Support global travel manager with hyper-care phase of post-implementation period.
  • Assist travelers and travel arrangers with questions / issues associated with travel booking, providing direction, assistance, and training as applicable.
  • Assist travelers and assistants with the expense submission process, including training, providing tips and reinforcing policy.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate support desk when system issues are identified and follow issues through to resolution
  • Troubleshoot issues associated with Concur travel booking and Concur expense management software and route for resolution and/or assist users when user-issue is cause.

Qualifikation

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance or Travel
  • Languages: Excellent written and verbal skills in English and German
  • 3+ years experience in a similar position
