Our client is a worldwide leading company based in Geneva. This is a great opportunity to live and work in one of the most interesting and financially stable cities in Switzerland. Randstad Professionals is actively looking for SAP Project Manager Officer  to join a dynamic and growing team.

 

 

Your role: 

• Works closely with a geographically dispersed Business and IT teams, to develop and uphold delivery governance, controls, tools and standards;

• Develops, maintains and optimises detailed project schedules, undertaking critical path analysis and analysis of change;

• Implements and leads the communication plan around the IT activity streams, ensuring and facilitating communication among all project teams, key stakeholders and key vendors involved;

• Tracks progress against the integrated program plan and manages program status reports;

• Implements and leads the IT Risk Management plan, by highlighting and supporting the recovery of risks and issues;

• Coordinates and enforces quality control, and a phase gate-keeping process;

• Ensures benefits realisation and key program KPI’s are demonstrable and tracked;

• Provides project planning for the program implementations;

• Supports the scheduling of any required workshops, or meetings to support;

• Constructively challenge, whilst maintaining strong relationships, across the business and within IT delivery teams.


 

Your profile:

 Fluent in English both oral and written, any other European language is considered a plus;

• Minimum 5-7 years working experience in primary consulting firms and/or IT Department of Large Corporations;

• Significant experience in ERP implementations (SAP environment);

• Strong attention to details, quality oriented with the ability to see the big picture;

• Excellent change management and issue resolution skills with the ability to deliver results;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others;

• Ability to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams, and successfully manage multiple project streams simultaneously;

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills;

• Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork;
