On behalf of our estimated Client, a prestigious Biotech company in Bellinzona, we are currently looking for a Senior Scientist immunology and cell biology in order to strengthen its structure.

Specifically, her/his main duties and responsibilities will be related to:

  • Development of in vitro assays
  • Biochemical experiments
  • Build and extend the scientific rationale for candidate molecules
  • Build translational rational and experimental data package internally and with external partners for our advanced projects
  • Work closely with other teams in the R&D team
  • Design, execute, analyze and sign off experiments to produce robust and high-quality data
  • Generate scientific content for manuscripts, meetings and conferences

  • Qualifikationen

    • PhD in immunology and cell biology
    • In-depth experience in large molecule drug discovery
    • Experience with handling, manipulation and characterization of human cell types, immune cells (primary and iPSC-derived)
    • Knowledge of human immunology/disease biology relevant in inflammatory and immune-oncology indications
    • Solid understanding of receptor and/or enzyme pharmacology and working with a broad range of targets
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Good understanding of laboratory HS&E regulations
