We are looking for a Site Project Lead - Supply Chain Transformation (m/f/d) for Lonza AG (100%). This is a temporary position for 12 months.

The Supply Chain Transformation Site Deployment Lead is the tactical deployment arm of the Global Supply Chain Excellence strategy at local level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess: Assess the gaps at Site level vs. the required Global Processes and RACI defined by the globally agreed design & policies of the approved LONZA LPBN supply chain reference framework.

  • Plan: Establishes, maintains & drives the Site Project Action Plan and the Site Work Streams action plan to close the above identified gaps.

  • Resources: Establish the resources requirements to establish a robust Site Project Team. Drives the hiring process with the local Site structure as per timelines agreed with the Center of Excellence team.

  • Do: Coordinates the Site Project Team's efforts to enable the required Process changes, Master Data changes, Change Management as per Action plan. This includes ensure training takes place across the community

  • Check: Secures alignment of local practices with globally agreed design intent & policies of the approved LPBN supply chain reference framework. This will include monitoring process adherence and securing sufficient time and priority is allocated for the sustainable implementation of agreed global solutions. This also includes tracking benefits and effectiveness of change.

  • Act: escalate deviation from global framework and organizes the resolution or drives agreement on deviation.

  • Animate: Supports the development of a local learning & exchange community of experts, acts as local ambassador of integrated CoE solutions, promotes solutions and their success stories, enables change and finds solutions when conflict occurs, promotes learning and recognizes achievements.

  • Bridge: acts a gatekeeper and link between global/ regional and local teams (seamless link, flow of information).
