The GEO Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the supply transactions in the JDE ERP system. He/She interacts between different franchises and suppliers and ensures the placement of purchase orders and advanced shipment notifications are transacted correctly and on time. The GEO SC Analyst is responsible to clear any mismatches related to Purchase Orders/Goods receipts/Invoices. Additionally this role supports the onboarding of suppliers to Global External Operations and the integration to our ERP system by setting up the supply flows, master data and parameters. The Supply Chain analyst is also responsible for any task/duties assigned as deemed necessary by management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creates & submits purchase orders to suppliers and requests PO approvals if needed

  • Transacts advanced shipment notification (ASN) in the GEO ERP System

  • Monitors interfaces and makes sure purchase orders from franchises are correctly interfaced to the GEO ERP system

  • Resolves mismatches in the reconciliation report related to PO?s/Goods receipts/Invoices

  • Maintains master data in the GEO ERP system (e.g. item creation, supplier creation, modification and maintenance)

  • Supports the onboarding of suppliers to GEO (Global External Operations) and the integration to our ERP systems
    - Prepares communications to external operations planning teams & supplier
    - Coordinates requirements and inputs from external operations planning teams
    - Supports the user acceptance testin
    - Prepares training documentation & Support user trainings
    - Provides stabilization support after go live

  • Runs regular reports from the system for audit reasons, etc.

  • Business Partnering with Finance and Procurement

  • Creates return orders from DC to suppliers if needed

  • Actively supports continuous Supply Chain process improvements & Projects

  • Assumes GEO ERP super user role and trouble shoot issues

  • Supports the business planning process by consolidating supply volumes from the franchise planners

  • Supports principal structure documentation and governance requirements

  • Supports manual invoicing process

  • Supports other Franchise Supply Chain Analysts for planning activities where needed



  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent working experience in a relevant discipline

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or in another function

  • Strong organization & analytical skills

  • Good computer skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Business fluent in English

  • Ability to translate complex situations into simple working solutions

  • Accuracy with attention to detail

  • Demonstrates integrity, inspires trust and avoids conflicts of interest


  • APICS certified

  • Working knowledge of financial processes

  • Experienced ERP / Planning Systems User
