Responsibilities:
Monitoring subcontractors and construction/installation progress on-site while ensuring strict adherence to safety guidelines.
Ensuring deadlines and schedules are met.
Leading interface meetings between engineering, coordination, and project management.
Conducting client discussions regarding the construction scope (both technical and schedule-related).
Managing and preparing site materials and logistics.
Preparing trade-specific acceptances/inspections.
Maintaining the daily site log (construction journal) and status reports as required.
Onboarding and inducting subcontractor personnel.
Technical Requirements:
Quality assessment of the executed works and delivered materials.
Creating defect logs / punch lists.
Ensuring the prompt rectification of any identified defects.
