• A good understanding of how hospital teams and processes operate is a strong advantage

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Native-level French (or C2 equivalent) and very good command of English, both spoken and written

• Proven experience working with KPIs, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement

• High level of flexibility and reliability, including the willingness to provide support outside regular working hours when required
