For one of our clients, a global pioneer in pharmaceuticals, we are currently looking for a Compliance Support Specialist in the area of GxP training.
As a part of the GxP Training department you will work with the Engineering department at the Basel or Kaiseraugst site, which is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the biotechnological, chemical, and pharmaceutical production facilities of the Pharmaceutical Division plants.

In addition, the Engineering department is responsible for the GMP-compliant operation of the infrastructure facilities and site supply systems.
In order to be succesfull in this role, you need at least 3-5 years of experience in training and compliance/quality assurance for pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnological facilities and very good GMP knowledge.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for training measures arising from local and global requirements, and participation in the implementation of the necessary training concepts.
- Development of training materials and participation in the organization of training courses.
- Supporting client departments in implementing the training strategy.
- Active communication with our clients' training organizations.
- Maintenance of the Cornerstore Learning Management System.
- Support with project activities.
Must Haves:
- Completed vocational training or degree in a pharmaceutical company.
- At least 3-5 years of practical experience in administration, quality assurance, and training in the field of pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnological facilities.
- Sufficient experience with the Cornerstone Learning Management System is required.
- Extensive professional experience in a GMP-regulated work environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to build effective and trusting relationships with colleagues and employees at various levels.
- Independent and autonomous handling of complex tasks and reliable implementation of agreed priorities.
- Excellent written and spoken German skills. Good English skills are an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
