About the job:
As a CQV Engineer you will be responsible for the qualification and validation of process-related equipment and facilities. You will play a key role in continuously optimizing processes, systems, and internal procedures. You also share responsibility for ensuring that plant personnel and engineering teams maintain the required technical knowledge.
Additionally, as a Quality Manager, you are responsible for the qualification and validation of process equipment and facilities. You will be accountable for properly planning and executing qualification and validation activities resulting from projects and system modifications throughout the system life cycle. You will also contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and internal workflows, and help ensure that plant personnel and engineering groups maintain the required technical expertise.

- Prepare commissioning and qualification documentation for new equipment, and support retrofit, expansion, and new construction projects. This includes PQs for critical systems in new construction projects and SLC (System Life Cycle) support for all systems after commissioning.
- Manage deviations, changes (GEP and GMP), and CAPAs.
- Coordinate internal teams and external service providers/suppliers.
- Present qualification documentation during audits and inspections.
- Primarily provide project support as a qualification specialist.
Must haves:
- Degree from a technical college (HF), university of applied sciences (FH), or university.
- Several years of professional experience in a regulated environment related to commissioning, qualification, and validation of systems (e.g., cold/freezer units, clean media, cleanrooms, and process equipment).
- Independent and flexible working style, good communication skills, structured, focused, and well-organized approach. Open to new ideas, agile, and proactive.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office required; experience with COMOS (Plant Engineering software), DMS, TrackWise, and SAP is an advantage.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken); good English skills (written and spoken).
