-Creating and refining backlog items together with the product owner, estimating backlog items as a team and planning for the next iteration.
- Ensure built-in quality and built-in security of their solutions. Design, implement, configure, and refactor software solutions.
- Design, implementation and execution of tests, setup, maintenance and upkeep of automation frameworks, integration of software according to the applied deployment concept, development and maintenance of monitoring of software solutions.
- Operating, measuring, and improving software solutions; handling incidents and service requests; providing 2nd and 3rd level support and on-call duty. Knowledge/Experience: Basic level in engineering skills and understanding of the applied concepts and workflows; understanding of Agile and Lean principles; basic development and/or operations knowledge; knowledge of all DevOps capabilities.

Skills Must have:
• Degree in computer science, information technology or a related field from a university of applied sciences, university of applied sciences or equivalent.
• Extensive experience and practical knowledge with Privileged Access Management (CyberArk) and other relevant security tools.
• Extensive experience and practice with Private Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools such as Gitlab, CI-CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Responsible for integration into the overall ICT, and its components and peripheral systems.
• Contact person and point of contact for product know-how and integration issues.
• Works closely with other adjacent operations teams (Application, Network, Access Security, Infrastructure Layer).
• Substantial experience in large, heterogeneous, and distributed ICT infrastructures
• Strong engineering skills (methodology, processes & models, and their application)
• Solid, practical experience in automation and programming (PowerShell, Ansible) as well as integration of heterogeneous APIs
• Experience with assignments/work in areas with high/increased protection needs (financial sector, emergency services, etc.)
• Residence in Switzerland for at least the last five years
• Languages: German C1 and English C1
