Oversee the management of Outlook calendars, including appointment scheduling.
Draft and manage routine correspondence, short notes, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software, following concise instructions.
Plan and coordinate logistics for internal and external workshops, events, and seminars, ensuring all aspects are efficiently organized.
Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa requirements, in accordance with Nestlé policies. Collaborate with markets as necessary to ensure cost-effective arrangements.
Create and track the procure-to-pay process, including Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Service Entry Sheets (SES).

Qualifications:
Proficient in English
