Our client is in the final phase of their Codebeamer rollout and requires external support to structure, document, and maintain their Requirements Engineering and ALM documentation.
A service provider/contractor is needed to transform scattered project knowledge—including data models, workflows, user guides, and decision logs—into clear, standardized documentation aligned with SysML standards and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

Transform Confluence pages, presentations, and team knowledge into clear documentation (data models, workflows, user guides, training materials)
Align materials with SysML and project standards
Enable seamless knowledge transfer across stakeholder groups
Information Architecture & Data Model: Develop and document the architecture, ontology, and data model concepts—including stakeholder/system requirements, test cases, and capability models—for tailored stakeholder views
Process & Workflow Documentation: Document governance principles, workflows, and process changes in the designated Confluence space, aligned with project and SysML standards
User Guides & Work Instructions: Create and maintain practical guides and instructions for key use cases (e.g., creating and updating requirements or tests)
Training Materials & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare PowerPoint-based training and documentation tailored for key groups, including developers, project managers, and testers
Decision Logs & Project Tracking: Establish a decision log library, record missing decisions, and continuously capture project requirements and updates
Maintenance & Alignment: Review, update, and maintain all project documentation, participating in regular alignment meetings throughout the assignment
Acceptance Criteria for project success
Completeness: All agreed scope and deliverables are fully provided
Correctness: Content accurately reflects agreed concepts, workflows, data models, governance, and SysML standards
Clarity and Usability: Documentation is clear, structured, and easy for target stakeholders to understand
Consistency: Terminology, formatting, and structure are uniform across all materials
Traceability: Decisions, requirements, and process descriptions are clearly traceable
Review Readiness: Deliverables meet quality standards for stakeholder review without needing major restructuring
Review Closure: Feedback from our client's stakeholders is addressed, with any remaining open points documented with an agreed follow-up
Handover: Final versions are properly stored and handed over to our client's project owner
Qualifications
- UML / SysML Language: 1–3 Years experience
- Basic knowledge on how to document data models in UML/SysML would be ideal
- Codebeamer knowledge is a Plus but not mandatory
- Experience with Confluence and MS office.
- English: High proficiency in spoken and written communication
- German: Nice to have
